OUR REGIONAL HONEY

All our hives pass the winter in the heart of the "Narbonne Regional Park". On the limestone hills of La Clape and the Corbières, our bees collect pollen from the early moorland flowers to make our rosemary and thyme honey, our Narbonne and our "Mille Fleurs de Garrigue" honey.

After being transferred to the schist mountains of the Massif Central and the "Haut Languedoc Regional Park", some of our hives produce our chestnut and heather honeys and our "Mille Fleurs de Maquis".

The other hives are taken into the high Ariège Pyrenees for the acacia, lime tree, fir and rhododendron honeys.

THE OTHER TREASURES OF OUR HIVES

Made with our mountain honeys (without any added sugar or preservatives) our range of ginger breads (300g. and 600g.) is available in a "traditional" (plain) version, with spices and dried fruit (figs, almonds, apricots, prunes, candied orange peel) and in a chocolate chip version.

Cakes, cookies, biscuits, sweets and other delights made with honey reveal all the flavour of our all-flower honey. Our Narbonne honey nougat and its toasted almonds will satisfy the most demanding palates.
